How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account (top right) and click "Manage subscription". This takes you to our billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment details, or download invoices. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 7-day trial gives you full access with no card required. When it ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to keep using PropCraft. We won't charge you anything without your say-so.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely, passwords are encrypted, and we never sell your information to third parties. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Does PropCraft provide legal advice?
No. PropCraft generates documents and guidance based on current legislation, but it's not a substitute for legal advice. If you're dealing with a complex situation — especially possession proceedings — always verify your position with a qualified solicitor first.
How do I update my business details?
Go to Account (top right). You can update your name, business name, contact details, and logo from there. Changes apply to all documents you generate going forward.
I'm a Founding Member — what does that mean?
Founding Members locked in a discounted rate when PropCraft first launched. That rate is yours for life as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe, the standard rate applies.
